how do you erase a user on OS X ?
System Preferences-> Accounts. Select user account, click the minus sign.
Sys. Preferences -> Accounts -> Select the User account you want to delete -> '-' (minus sign)
Log into osx with a user who has administrative privilages. then go into system prefs and ckick users. there (might be)/(will be) a closed lock in the bottom left corner. click it and put in the system password.
you should be good to go from here. just highlight the user and click minus.
[if i'm wrong, it's because i'm at a windows terminal at work now. i'm sure someone else will correct ]
