How to fix 12" Powerbook Latch

Hey! Can any one tell me how easy it is to replace the latch on a 12" powerbook? Is it really difficult or cost effective to do so?

I was offered at 12" Powerbook 867mhz for $425, but the latch is broken. Good deal?

I'd see if I could get him down to $375, and then fix the latch with a piece of velcro on each side of the case.

I think it is a great deal... your PB is only 1ghz system. 1.5Ghz PowerBooks are only going for around 700-800.
