How to fix a pci.sys corrutped file

Hi

Im tyring to install Windows XP on my mac destop using Parallels so i can use MasterCam X4 for work. Parallels installs fine but when i load Windows from the disk provided it comes up with pci.sys corrupted file. Is this a Mac hardware/Software problem or is it a Windows problem??? Is there a fixable solution for this.

I am hoping some out there can help me with problem.
