How to fix no mobile internet and do not lose anything

Iphone 5s 8.4. My mobile internet stopped working on Safari and on all other safari defendant apps. No problem with Chrome. So I reset network settings. Did not help. I do not want to update to the latest IOS version. I want to reset all setting and restore iphone from back up to get all my safari bookmarks, tabs and other information back. Will it help?

Have you tried clearing Safari data to see if that would help?

no jailbrake. I did not know about cleaning Safari data..
gonna check it now...
UPDATE: if I clean safari cache it looks like it will delete all safari open tabs, bookmarks, isn't it?

In case somebody needs it. I deleted Onavo's pofile and internet came back...
