How to fix temp with HTC theme

I downloaded the HTC desire theme from Cydia and I know how to change the city, and it shows my current city but the temp is wrong. Im in hawaii and the city states Honolulu, but the temp says 25 degrees, but there is no way its ever 25 degrees here.

It might use the first city in the stock weather app. Change it to your city and respring.

Ya i did that, so the of my city is now correct but just the temp is wrong.
