How to fix the music icon?

Does anyone know how to fix the music icon so that it looks like it originally did (just the treble clef, without the encompassing folder)?

If you File > Get info on the folder, then in the window that opens click on the folder top left and press delete...anything happen?
 
Yeah, thanks that did it. When I pressed delete, nothing happened, but when I exited the info, it reverted to the original.
