How to flash 5770 (MSI R5770-PMD1G)

Hello I'm trying to flash my 5770 MSI R5770-PMD1G to work with Mac Pro 2,1 (3GHZ dual core CPU's, 16GO RAM) but without success...

The card is recognized by snow leopard than ATI 5700...

I need your help ! 🙂 to upgrade my OS (snow leopard) to El Capitan with my GPU flashed
