How to force 60Hz via USB-C on external display ?

Hi, I have bought a LG UD89-W 4K IPS 32 inch monitor yesterday and need to connect it to my MacBook pro 2017, but the USB-C shows 30hz only.
Do I need to connect the Display Cable to to USB-C to get full 4K6hz ?

How exactly are you connecting your MacBook Pro to the monitor? With the USB-C cable included with the monitor?

Yes I have tried both.
Connected the box provided USB-C cable and it shows 30Hz only.
And now connected a display 2.1 cable and its same.

Is there a way to test if its really 30Hz or 60hz ?
