Hi all,

I just did a clean install of Leopard. Anyway, before to change volume, and brightness I used to have to press the fn button. I liked that because I wouldn't accidentally press the keys if I typo'd or something. I don't know how to get it back

Please could someone advise me. Thanks ever so much.

System Preferences > Keyboard & Mouse

Keyboard tab

Check "Use all F1, F2, etc. keys as standard function keys".

That should do it.

System Preferences > Keyboard & Mouse > Keyboard > check "Use all F1, F2, etc. keys as standard function keys"

EDIT: And I was beaten to it...
^ Brilliant, thank you to the both of you!

Just another 2 unrelated Q's if you don't mind answering (can't remember these neither) Duh!

1. I'm installing Perian again. Do I have to install Flip4Mac too for the Web side of things or does Perian do that now?
2. I want to save my wallpaper in the actual wallpaper directory but can't remember where that is neither, please advise.
3. How to make Finder arrange automatically, rather than keep clearing up. It was that way before. Hmm. (nevermind, got that one)

Wow brain fart today! Thanks in advance again
