How to get back Terminal.app (URGENT)

Hello fellow, MacRumor friends!
I am new to this forum which i read and use so much

Anyway straight to the point...
I have had my MacBook for about 5 Months now (Starting of 2012)
I accidentally deleted the application "Terminal" and need it now unfortunately
I am trying to setup a Minecraft Server with Bukkit and have tried using iTerm
unfortunately it wont work. So i have registered with you guys to help me

Could someone send me a download link to "Terminal" (Which means dragging "Terminal" from your applications and putting in a folder then a zip ) i would appreciate it very much! On any website that hosts downloading for FREE. (Please try not to upload it as a torrent...)

Yes it is and unfortunately my wife threw out the OS X Disc with the box

And, don't go without a backup, Time Machine would have had the file recovered befor you finished the first post.

I second the backup recommendation.
I clone my two Macs' OS SSDs to an external (iMac) and internal (MBP) HDD on a daily basis (scheduled via CarbonCopyCloner), thus in case something goes wrong, I have something to fall back on.

And as for .zip creation, just right click on the file(s) and folder(s) you want to compress:
