How to get bluetooth headset to speak known incoming calls

My old blackberry used to speak the name of the contact that was calling me. This is a big help for me, because if i'm driving, and the phone is in my pocket, i got to dig it out to find out if i want to answer it.
Now, i got the new 4S... and the same headset no longer does that... it just says i have an incoming call and asks if i want to accept or reject.
Any way to get it to do that again?

There's a tweak that can do this if you jailbreak it. But I don't think stock iPhones can do this.
