How to get contacts in mail?

I must be missing something but I don't see any contacts in mail or in any of the menus at the top of the screen. I imported my google contacts but I can't
see how to get them into mail.

Try typing in the name of one of your contacts in the to field and it should show.

Isn't there a smalle blue circle with a plus sign on the right side of the To, CC, and BCC fields that you can tap and get to your list of contacts to select whichever you want?

Technically you don't get them into mail. They're in Contacts. You just select the contact(s) when composing.
