I'm trying to name my alarms "First Period," "Second Period," etc. I can't get the watch to spell out the word. All I get is the punctuation mark. I tried searching and saw a suggestion to say "literal" beforehand. Nope. I tried spelling it out but it goes in all capitals and 9/10 times it puts a "/" in there for some reason. Can this not be done? I wish you could control your alarms through the watch app on the phone. Period 1 would be a perfectly fine format for the name too if that's any easier to accomplish.

Well, you kind of hit on it. You spell out a word and it works great but all caps. Maybe Per. One - would work for you? That would be Per period one. Just a thought. But I agree with you on some assumptions taken by dictation. Give and take. Sometimes you may want to say Period or Comma or space :)

it's true, British English would work. i usually dictate 'period' instead of 'full stop' and the word period gets spelled out.
