Ok, I did something stupid and managed to get the download folder on the dock to disappear. How to get it back?

How to get download folder back in dock

You find it in your home folder. Just drag it back to the right portion of the dock, close to where the trashcan is.
Use the Dock on Mac
On your Mac, the Dock runs along an edge of the screen. Click an icon for quick access to the Finder, apps, downloads, and the Trash.
