How to get help with AP failures?

Hello

I have had good success using Apple Pay in store but much more mixed results using it in App's. I had issues with the Best Buy app, said there was a problem with my contact details. I never did resolve that one. Then today I tried to use Apple Pay in the Etsy app and I got a shipping address fail.

My question is how do I get help with these failures as there is little to no indication of what the actual issue is? In both cases my information was correct, very frustrating.

I love Apple Pay but using it, especially in App, can be frustrating as more often than not I'm not able to complete the transaction.
