How to get icons like this?

My worse favourite part about the iPhone is the square by square icons. Does anyone know how I can achieve something like this?

Also, an app that allows me to move icons anywhere on my springboard, disregarding any sort of grid would be great, although im not a huge fan of iconoclasm. Changing icon sizes would also be fantastic. If anyone can help, thank you so much!

I don't know what theme that is...but is you want to change the size of your app icons...Shrink is what you want.

Shrink isnt available for IOS4.1 from what I understand? Also, can it increase icon size?

Yes they were photoshopped png's. I did them but wasn't aware there was a theme so similar looking. I never actually released a theme because it wasn't originally mine. I took glasklart hd icons and edited them in Photoshop. As you can tell, mine are smaller than that theme you posted, since I fit 9 icons wide.

The wallpaper is a video wallpaper I made for use with vwallpapers.
