How to get info off iPhone without iTunes

I was just wondering if there was a way to rip all my contacts, texts, notes, ect without itunes.
 
You might be able to try something like Backup Extractor, or a Program like MegaPhone.
 
if you are on mac i suggest PhoneView. it is an amazing app the only one that actually worked for me(no im not advertising for them)
