How to get iPhone messages and text messages to show up on laptop

Hi, I have an iPhone and two laptops all running the same Apple ID and one laptop is getting both the apple messages and the phone messages popping up and the other laptop is only getting the apple messages. Both setups seem the same and I am unable to sort out what I need to adjust in order to get both apple messages and phone messages showing up on both laptops.

Do you mean Text messages from your phone syncing to the laptops?
You go to iphone settings -> Messages -> Text Message Forwarding -> then enable the device you want.
