How to get iPhone Photos to show up in Windows?

I am not sure when this became an issue, but the iPhone no longer shows up in My Computer to transfer photos. Both my wife's iPhone and mine doesn't show up. I tried on different PCs, same result. iTunes syncs without issue but it's not showing up as a device. Not sure if the settings got changed on the iPhone to cause this?

Try this work-around:

Disconnect your iPhone from the USB cable.
Power down iPhone.
Power up iPhone.
Connect iPhone to USB cable.

None of the suggestions above worked for me. I had to install iCloud and then uninstall it. That gave me back the device in My Computer.

Thanks. A third party app such as the one you mentioned in the above link works. I use iFunbox. But for whatever reason, I no longer get the Auto Play dialogue box.

Not on a PC atm, but I believe you can check the AutoPlay settings and see if something was changed maybe?

yeah, i went there. my iphone doesn't show up. in fact, right now it's not even showing up on My Computer. It's like it appears and disappears at random.

Maybe try uninstalling and reinstalling Apple USB drivers?
