How to Get macOS Sequoia 15.1 Beta With Apple Intelligence

Has anyone tried getting this latest MacOS Sequoia beta installed on an external SSD and then trying out by booting from the SSD instead of the internal hard drive of a MacBook Pro? This would allow users to test out the Sequoia and Apple Intelligence features without committing to a beta release until it's fully released and found stable and as bug-free as possible.

If so, any tips or links for how to do so?
 
Can folks still get 15.1? I'm only able to download 15.0
It shows up in the dropdown but unable to get it to download.
