How to get most money from old MBP?

I bought the 16" MBP and am thrilled with it. I did look on Apple Canada's website and they said I could get about $400 for my 2012 Retina MBP.

Is this really the best/most convenient place to sell it? or is there something else this group recommends?

The best place is selling locally. Through the likes of Craigslist, Letgo, &c. That's where you'll typically make the most money.

You can sell on macrumors if you have more than 200 posts. Anyone have experience with that?
