how to get my mac recognize my zen mp3 player

    how to get my mac to recognize my zen mp3 player ive plugged it in but it will only charge it when i had a look in the sys info i could see it there and veiw all the details but how can i find it and put music on it any ideas :confused:

    As Eraserhead pointed out, that program is your best bet. If your zen mp3 player doesn't come under the list of supported players, then you may be out of luck I'm afraid.

    But try anyway as it could well work anyway, Xnjb's website has a link to the full list of supported devices, if its not on that drop them an email if it works.

    it works!!

    This post may be a little late, but yeah, download XNJB and then run the program. After installed, plug in your Zen to a USB to your MAC. Then click on JUKEBOX then click on CONNECT. and then play with it. Its not as easy as drag and drop boxes like windows, but it works!! YAY!!!
