iPhone How to get my notification screen back

I am missing weather and notifications on my screen since JB. Any idea how to get the weather back?

I seem to be missing mine as well...

But I wonder if it's because I turned off the Weather app in the background, as well as it's location service...

What do you mean "turned off"--I don't think I turned off anything but I've never had weather in my NC ever since the JB....PLEASE tell me what to do to get it back

in var/mobile/Library/BulletinBoard rename the file SectionInfo.plist or delete it

a new one will be made

note: all your notification center settings will be reset!
