Looks like very strong HDR and maybe high pass? But there are many filters you can use to ruin your photos.

I've never seen that before. I like it. I'm on that vertical drop now. I know a lot technically and am very skilled with even advanced gear (manual settings, studio lights, etc. etc.) but my personal opinion about my own artistry is lower than it was when I knew a lot less 🙁

I'd say the green line should flatten out after the HDR hole.
