How to get rid of this weather temperature and forest on the lock screen please?

Main reason I want to get rid of it is because it doesn't match up with Dark Sky temperature and I prefer Dark Sky.

Can you use the "Edit" button at the bottom of the screen? That works on a regular non-jailbroken iPhone but I can't speak for a jailbroken iPad

Looks like that is a jailbreak tweak. If it is, open Cydia and see what is installed weather wise and remove it. I had something similar and hated it so I removed the tweak.

It is not.

Not that I know of. Supposedly the iPad has the weather app by default.

I'm not sure what that could be then. My iPad Pro on 10.1.1 doesn't have it by default and neither does my iPad Mini 2 on 9.0.2.
