So I´ve installed TenFourFox on my early 2005 2.3 DP G5 but its painfully slow but the after reading sum posts I realized there was this sort of extension for TFF that would make it faster so I went ahead and downloaded it. But i just got the .ZIP archive in my downloads now what? I relocated it to the resourses and then "Pref" folder on the TFF folders but it is still a .ZIP, is this the way Am I supposed to do this?, and what else should I add to TFF for making it faster?

Thanks I got my PPC 3 weeks ago. ?

When adding extensions manually, there's a different process. Put the zip back on your desktop and doubleclick it to open it. It's a compressed file. Once it's uncompressed, so back into T4Fx.

In the address bar type in the following: about:addons

You should see a cog (gear) somewhere in the top right. Click on that and select Install addon from file. Navigate to the file or folder that was unzipped. You are looking for a file with the extension .xpi on it. Usually it has the name of the addon. Select it, and click on ok (or open). The addon will then add in.

As far as getting FoxPep to work…paging @z970mp !

Double-click the .zip to unarchive the contained folder, and enter it. Look for "Read Me.pdf", and double-click it to scan through it. Installation is detailed there.
