How to get TM to backup at certain time

Hi, Does anyone know how instruct Time Machine to backup to disk NOW rather than the preset time.. I cannot seem to change the time that TM will back up my files
 
Ctrl + Click (or right click) on the Time Machine icon (if in your Dock) and you can Back Up Now.
