I want to disable my Sleepimage file on my 8GB RAM MBA to save that disk space. The file is located in /var/vm folder but its hidden. Before running a Terminal command for this, I want to take a look into that folder.
How do I get to it?

A convenient way to open a folder from the Terminal is by using 'open', like:

PHP:
open /var/vm
