How to give wife old iPhone 5s?

Quick question, but figured better to ask before I break something. My wife and I both had 5s's, and I just a 6. Her 5s was 16gb, mine was 32. Can I just give her my 32gb 5s by swapping out the sims and restore her backup from her 16gb or do I have to deal with ATT?

We are on different plans through work, but share an itunes account. Her phone backs up to her computer, I use the icloud storage.

Yes thats what my friend did when he dropped his phone in water.

All you do is swap sims, that's all. Since its the same exact model phone and data plan will just stay the same.
