How to I save my jailbroken apps?

Im about to update/restore my iphone 4. I will jailbreak it in the future. Is there a way for me to save all my jailbroken app from cydia and download them them again faster? Instaed of going thru cydia one by one reinstalling?

AppSync and sync with iTunes.

i believe appsync is used for cracked apps only... its from installo.us, right?

PKGBackup is what youre looking for... but you can always take screenshots of the PKG list in cydia and reinstall them after to give yourself that fresh feeling.
 
I write the names down on paper and redownload them more secure cause i had bad experience with these apps

atta boy...

i prefer this method because some packages are installed alongside others, but arent removed when you uninstall the "head" package
