How to import videos from Win7 iTunes to Camera Roll?

I want to import say, a 500MB video onto my camera roll, and upload it via 3G to OneDrive, as I am using my home network.

I cannot upload videos from "Videos" app, so I do I work my way around this?

You cannot upload it to camera roll. You can sync with itunes on a different folder.

Camera roll only has pictures or videos you took with your phone.
You can't upload or save external pics or videos to that folder.

Yesterday, I managed to export a video from Win7 to my Camera Roll sucessfully though...
