my friend has been recorded some classes under the .mp3 format in low level quality and there are so much echos and noises on the files
i need to somehow improve the teachers' voice and reduce those echos and noises from the files
can you guys recommend me some program to do that job?

Hi Birang - to be honest, once there is reverb/echo on the files, you won't really be able to remove it as such - you might be able to remove some of the underlying noise using any one of a number of audio programs.

A free program to try would be Audacity - http://audacity.sourceforge.net/

Hope this helps.

Cheers.
