Does anyone know how to insert a degree symbol into a text box on a site such as Facebook so that you could put a degree symbol in your profile (using Safari, if it matters)?

    Thanks

Is there a list of all these special character keys somewhere?

Go to Edit > Special Characters. It's probably in there somewhere.

Edit: NM, PlaceofDis beat me to an answer (and a much more elegant one at that...)

Also, Keyboard Viewer is quite helpful.

Option+shift+8 does a smaller one as well:

    ° vs º (°º)

Wow you guys are amazing... that was only 7 minutes. Thanks a bunch.

Edit: One more question: how about subscripts? How do I that? Is it in special characters as well?

    Edit 2: Nevermind, I found it :)
