    Hi,

I used Windows most. But now I want to install Mac and so download the iso file of Mountain Lion. But when I burnt its files to DVD and when I boot from it,
It says that no operating system found.

    What should I do?

I have a Mavericks .dmg file too. That too does not boot.

    How can I install...? :(
    please help..!!! :(

Any help will surely be appreciated. :)

Do you want to install it on a Mac? Where did you get the ISO file of OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion?

    Two things:

    •
    from http://guides.macrumors.com/Help:Forum_Rules#Things_Not_to_Do

    • Have you tried the following Hackintosh specific fora and websites yet?

Yes, it would help you, as what you want to accomplish is called making a Hackintosh, installing Mac OS X on non-Apple hardware.
TonyMac and InsanelyMac are quite good resources for that, with guides and FAQs about compatible hardware.

When you search or ask there, be sure to use the correct and exact name for your motherboard and CPU and GPU.
