iOS How to integrate in Maps.app (overlayed bar, realtime marker)?

Hi!

I want my app to integrate with Maps.app like Navizon do :
1) have a custom overlayed bar over maps.app
2) periodically update marker position in maps.app

Any ideas how to implement this?
For now I only know how to launch maps.app with sharedApplication call and google maps static syntax parameters.

PS I know that such an integration is only for jailbroken device
