Does anyone know how this would work? I'm just trying to put my uke which I am plugging right into my input on the side of my computer, and I have a USB snowball for vocals. Is there really a way to record both simultaneously?

Well, you could use the studio trick of overdubbing vocals. You record your uke and the vocals together, with the vocals being a "scratch track" and then re-record the vocals to get a clean vocal track. :)

That’s the problem with usb mics, they’re seen as audio interfaces; mac audio in is another interface and using both at the same time is not trivial. You could create a composite audio interface in audio/midi configuration but i think that’s overkill. Plug uke and standard mic in a mixer (most digital mixers act as multitrack usb audio interfaces) and record that thru your mac audio input.
