I lift weights for bone health. I do 4 sets starting with lighter weights and increasing weight until my last set is to failure. So, how do I estimate intensity for the session. The beginning is easy and increases to failure. Is the workout easy, intermediate, or intense?

I'd base my effort rating off the last set, I.e the working set as the sets before are just warm ups

In my weight training workouts I classify them based on how I feel.

If I do the fitness+ strength that uses a lot of heavy dumbbells and I’m literally a pool of sweat, it’s a 6-8 level on  effort scale.
