how to keep mac mini server on all the time?

I have my mac mni server attached to tv monitor. every time I turn off tv with remote, the computer shuts down, and when I turn on tv, the computer turns on. The tv is attached via eyetv and hdmi cable. Thanks for the help

It sounds like your mini accepts your tv-remotes on/off signal.
If you don't need to control your mini with a remote, then just turn off the IR receiver (in system preferences, security).
If you do need to control it with a remote, then use an apple remote, and pair it with the mini.

Under energy saver in the system pref you can customize the computer sleep and display sleep

If you're not using the HDMI control feature with other devices, your TV should have a setting to disable that.

If you are using a Harmony remote, just make sure that "ALL OFF" doesn't sleep the mini.
