How to Keep track data usage (not at&t)

Hello, i was wondering if anyone knew of a way to keep track of 3g data usage if your carrier isnt att? There is no option at the settings menu when your carrier isn't att....perhaps an app?

Yes i have, however i always get o.ookb, thought it was b/c i wasn't using att as my carrier...
