So I've noticed that the two main browsers I'm using both clear their windows when I log out. I don't want this to happen.

How do I keep all browsers (Chrome and FireFox) from removing website pages when I log out?

I want to keep all website pages I visit when I log out so that when I log back in they're still displaying on the screen.

Also, how do I activate the home button on my keyboard so that I can hit it and it will go back to the beginning on demand?

On safari you can do this, just go to preferences and then change "Safari opens with" to "All windows from last session". Not sure if chrome or firefox offer this but safari definitely does

The only way I can think of on Chrome is if you go to History > X Tabs (under recently closed) > Restore all tabs.

Oh also on chrome preferences there's an option to 'Reopen the pages that were opened last' on startup.

Wheeeeeeeeeeee! I just discovered hot corners thanks to another thread on this forum. They can certainly come in handy!

Now my browsers keep the page on the screen when I go back into my Mac after putting the display to sleep, exactly what I was hoping to accomplish.

Awesome. :D:D:D:D:D
