Hello guys. I want to learn continuous integration. I have made some interviews with companies based on Europe(England, Germany, Switzerland). As I learnt from them they care about continuous integration. I have searched about it and most suggested one is Jenkins. I want to learn it. I watched videos over youtube. But I don't know how to experience it. What would you suggest for that?

You can install Jenkins on different OSes including macOS. In general you don't want to be become the Jenkins admin as your first task but it's probably not that hard.

Actually I want to know if i should write test cases to use Jenkins effectively? As I see it runs the test cases or am i wrong?

You can run tests with Jenkins. You can set up your project to only run tests or you can set up projects to always run tests before doing release builds.
