I have 16GB of RAM, I realized that I am not using more than 4GB, I play WOW, I want to let it use as much RAM as possible, how should I do it?

You can't. WOW is almost certainly a 32bit program so can't ever use more than 4Gb of RAM. I suspect under most situations it'll use less than that.
