How to lock to Login Window not just password?

I've now got my iMac setup with logins for each of my kids and my login is the admin login.

The each account is currently setup to require a password after 15 minutes of the screensaver being activated, by using the setting in the System Preferences in Security & Privacy with the 'Require password' option.

Because different people are frequently logging into the computer, I'd much rather have the ability of going to the Login Window instead of just a password lock. Can't figure out how to have this happen automatically, I know you can select Login Window from the Fast User switching menu, but I'd like it to be automated.

Any tips on how to get this to happen?

    Thanks!

I appreciate that, and it's close. But I don't want users logged out, but rather taken to the Login Window instead of just password lock.

    thanks.

Not sure there's a way. Just have each person log out after they're done?
