How to make 100% chart in Pages 5.0

Hello,
How to make 100% on X scale instead of 16 000% ?
When I choose numbers, it shows everything correctly, but if I choose percentage, it makes 16 000%. Same with markings on each chart.




Looking forward to your advice.
