I'm tired of typing my long email address everytime, is there some program or way I can create a shortcut , so I can do a couple hot keys like command + g and it will spit out my email?

I setup text shortcuts in the general preferences but it only applies when I use the TEXT EDIT software and not when i'm browsing the web....

It should work everywhere. You might have to turn it on in Safari → Edit → Substitutions → Text Replacements. Applications that don’t have this ‘Substitutions’ menu in the menu bar often still have it when you right-click on a text field or input box.
