How to make ALL senders from a domain VIPs in Mac Mail?

I've found Mail.app's VIP feature to be very useful so I don't miss an email from an important sender.

But now I want to be alerted to emails from any sender in a particular domain. I have no way of predicting who will be sending me emails, whether it'll be joe@importantdomain.com or jane@importantdomain.com, but I know it'll be from one or more people at importantdomain.com

How can I make *@importantdomain.com a VIP?

(I know I can do this via rules, applescript, etc., but it'd be nice to leverage the VIP mechanism for this if possible.)

Any tricks or hints, o MacRumors community? I've googled to no avail.
