I'm trying to install Windows 7 Ultimate on my Mac computer and when I try to use bootcamp to make a bootable USB it says "Boot Camp only supports 64-bit Windows installation on this platform. Please use an ISO file for 64-bit Windows installation." Can I use disk utility to make a bootable USB? Thanks in advance.

Disk Utility won't work. The current iteration of Boot Camp only supports 64-bit Windows. You must be trying to install a 32-bit copy.
