As is, even if I full screen finder it still won't show folders more than 4 rows wide. Windows auto lays them out depending on window size. Looking at another folder though they are 6 rows wide. So do I have to manually drag them all into location in order to make them wider? Or is there a auto like windows way?

Like often I will full screen finder (or I would) in order to help me find a file or pic within a bunch.

Not quite sure what you're asking. Right clicking and messing with the View Options is the obvious answer from what I understand.
