How to make iphone speak the contact when caller call me ?

Hi All

My friend iphone when some one call him for example his wife name is lily , the phone will auto speak lily .

He refuse to teach me how to set , in order to create a sound to speak my wife name to info my wife call me.

He's not just done a ringtone as he? Sounds like he's winding you up. i've never heard of this :shrug:

Only time ive heard the phone speak the name is when you use "Voice Control" when dialing.
 
Okay I think he program the ring tone which speak the person name and manually attach the ring tone to contact.

Im not sure if this is what your looking for but you can try iannounce from Cydia. Or iCallAnnounce also from Cydia. There are a also few others that will do that.
