How to make it more... grippy?

Next week I'll receive my first MacBook, a 15".

Could you make a recommendation for a skin that would make my MacBook grippier?

Need that for 2 reasons:

1) I'm used to Lenovo ThinkPads which are not slick at all.

2) For part of the year I'll be wearing a thumb splint like this:

I have a textured clip on two part case.

I have a 2009 macbook but they do them for yours on ebay for less than tenner.

I bought it to stop the rubber bottom peeling off and protect top from scratches.

Its polycarbonate comes in different colours, I bought clear.
plus you get free keyboard silicone cover too.

I've been looking for 2016 MBP Cases, new size mean it might take a few months for cases to come out.

dbrand do nice skins but they are only taking pre-orders for the new MacBooks at the moment, like said, it might take a while to see new cases/skins on the market.
